What personally identifiable information is collected?

Mobility Leader collects personally identifiable information on certain areas of the Site when users register, request publications or sign up for conferences/webinars and other events. The personally identifiable information collected may consist of information that you provide such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone and fax number. Mobility Leader also collects information not visibly entered such as your IP address and browsing pattern on the Site.

How may Mobility Leader use my personally identifiable information?

Mobility Leader uses your personally identifiable information to fulfill your requests for information, to process your requests to participate in meetings and events, or for such other business purposes as you may initiate or request. Mobility Leader uses personally identifiable information to perform statistical analyses of Member usage in order to measure interest in specific areas and information posted on the Site.

Are cookies and IP addresses used?

The Site uses cookies to identify you and your interests and to track usage of the Site. Cookies may be used to manage your sessions on this website and to properly segregate your sessions and information from other users. Mobility Leader also logs IP addresses, or the location of computers on the Internet, to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer the Site. Content posted by Members to the Mobility Leader Web Site

Mobility Leader’s “Meeting Center” application enables its Members to form groups on the web site, and to designate each such group as either “private”, or “open” to the general membership. For private groups, the group participants are limited to those invited to join by the group’s creator, or his/her designee(s). A private group is assigned a “Private Meeting Room” for its activities including discussion Forums, document sharing and conducting of group member surveys. The Private Meeting Room is provided for the exclusive and confidential use of the group. Mobility Leader does not monitor or observe the data posted within a Private Meeting Room. Mobility Leader shall not publish, distribute, provide access to, or otherwise share information posted within a Private Meeting Room to any person or entity.

Notwithstanding the references made above to the confidentiality extended to private groups and their Private Meeting Rooms, it is understood that the tools and features made available by Mobility Leader are principally for the purpose of exchanging and sharing information between Members. When a Member contributes content for example in the form of electronic files or provides comments in the public discussion Forums they do so with the understanding that this information will be accessible to other Members of Mobility Leader.

We may provide links to third-party Web sites as a service to our users, such as to the sites of Mobility Services providers. Please be aware that we cannot control and are not responsible for the information collection practices of such third-party Web sites, which may differ from those of this Site. We encourage you to review and understand the privacy policies on these Web sites before providing any information to them.

How can I access, change, and/or delete information?

You may access, correct, update, and/or delete any personally identifiable information that you submit to the Site. You may also unsubscribe from any registrations on the Site.
